Shipping and handling
Orders are shipped complete within an average of 3-5 weeks. It is only an estimate; this period may be extended for exceptional cases. The expected shipping date of your order is indicated in your order confirmation email. All orders are shipped via USPS (Ground service for continental USA) and UPS for the deliveries in the other destinations. A tracking number will be emailed once the shipping label has been created. Please allow a few days from the time you receive the tracking number for any transit data to be updated. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
